-Best place, located near the City (saves Money and Time)-everything available nearer.
-Friendly and Kind staff members
If only they could have microwaves to warm take away foods, kettles to boil water to make tea or coffee They also have to fumigate their apartments, there are alot of cockroaches. Security looks slack as the outside is umanned and always open even with noone on the reception, intruders or assailants can easily walk in and ravage the holidaymakers willy nilly and walk out unnoticed

No kettle to make hot cup of tea, no milk, no tea or coffee,
No toilet rolls
No dust bin
Sheets were not changed they showed someone had slept on them.
A very dust room
Shower floor slippery, not scrubbed it was dirty
The owner went out of his way to ensure our comfort, offeriing to supply local cash for dinner (there is a cash crisis here) and drove us to the bus depot at no charge when our taxi didn't arrive. CouldnT have asked for a nicer host.
We enjoyed our stay! The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, going out of his way to send us transportation info in advance, and offering useful info about the city once we got there. The other staff members were likewise nice.
The room was a bit worn, but large, clean and very comfortable. No AC, but plenty of cross-ventilation with a good fan, and lots of light. Walking distance to the town center and various dining options.

Comfortable, basic hotel with helpful owner
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, even if somewhat basic. There was a problem with the water pressure, and the owner allowed us to use the shower in another room (only slightly better). Despite this we enjoyed our stay and benefitted from the help of the owner. He was Extremely helpful and nice, and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Given the difficulties of traveling in Zimbabwe, I would recommend the hotel mainly because of his help!
Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique. Très bons conseils et aide pour les visites. Principaux musées à distance de marche (15-30 minutes maxi). Mobilier et TV un peu vétuste mais propreté excellente.

Hotel tired, no breakfast, but owner exceptional.
Clean, large room, in need of refurbishment, but really enjoyed stay due to owner. Took us in his car for breakfast and picked us up afterwards. Hotel, like Bulawayo itself, was in need of some love and attention. Also opened up much earlier for us as we arrived by train.

Spacious rooms that need an upgrade
The owner of the establishment is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist his guests.
friendly host, mom and pop style, the owners themself takes pains to satisfy guest's needs such as loaning charger, taking around for sightseeing, guiding for the attractions around
Due to some confusion on my part I arrived a day early. The host was very accommodating and juggled rooms so I could stay in one room for the duration of my visit. I had not booked tours with local tour guys since many them required a minimum of 4 people.. Again the proprietor took it upon himself to solve my problems and I was able to visit evert site I wanted - Matopos and Khami as well as take in some other sites I had not planned.
Never ever go here! The room was far from clean, stains in and dirt on the carpet everywhere. Only the beds were cleanish and more or less comfortable.
Lots of the things in the room were broken; toilet seat, floor, sink etc.
The 'kitchen' is just some cupboards with nothing, no water cooker, stove, toaster or even plates or cutlery.
There is no shower, only a bath tub, so you need to use a cup or so to take a 'shower'.
We caught around 50 mosquitos, although there were hardly any mosquitos around at that time in Bulawayo.
And the free WiFi doesn't reach the rooms.
