「Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please!

「Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....
「This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.」
「It was a 1st weekend which Government opened up Genting therefore we had a great stay at hotel and also enjoyed night life ithere. The only negative point was they were currently suspending shuttle bus service from hotel to center area. 」
