"Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it yourself. "

"The staff was very helpful, friendly and positive. During my stay I felt like I am home. I was served breakfast in the room every morning. I got everything I needed and I asked for. I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds. "The staff were so amazing the absolute best part they made the trip so amazing. I can’t remember all the amazing staff but I remember Ayu, Wulan, Yoga,Septiari,Sutiass, Lidya, and Indra. "

"Most rooms had a musty smell and it was hard to find one that didn’t. Restaurant is ok but nothing to write home about. It’s extremely isolated so you’re a bit stuck if the on-site restaurant is not to your liking. Most difficult part was the noise of the on-site OSHO meditation retreat. Expect to be woken up some mornings around 6:00 or 6:30 am by loud tribal drumming and primal screams. Other mornings will be different forms of music and chanting but always something. If you’re a morning person, that’s great (maybe). I’m not and it was difficult, to say the least. Staff were great, though, and the views were amazing. Most of the waterfalls in the area of Ubud are clustered around this place, including two of the best - Kanto Lampo and Tukad Cepung. If the rooms were renovated to eliminate the mustiness and the OSHO retreat was moved out, I would recommend it as a remote getaway option."
