The Space:
This home is minutes from the Bighorns, in the lovely little town of Buffalo. The location is equipped with ample space for you and your family, friends and pets! with ample parking, and space available for pets with a well sized dog run in the backyard. Marvelous views of the mountains will greet you as the sun comes up, and the quiet of Wyoming will settle you to sleep at night.
Entire house is at your disposal. 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, each room lockable for privacy.
Starting at the front door (easy to see from parking, walk down the sidewalk to the front door) you will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there keyless entry.

Guest Access:
You can use everything except the garage.
Guests will have access to the entire single story Wyoming home!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
The Neighborhood:
10 minutes to downtown Buffalo, 35 minutes to Sheridan, 5 Minutes to the bighorn national forest and all the outdoor activities that the mountains offer.
When we say experience a family home with a view, we mean it! This 2 bedroom home is moments drive from the very best Buffalo has to offer! Downtown you will find great antique stores, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails or the local parks! Driving the other way, you will be at the base of the Bighorn Mountains in moments!
Museums and attractions fill the area!

Getting Around:
You may use the driveway for parking in front of garage.
Buffalo Wyoming is a cozy sized community, although you can walk to many locations once out and about, a drive is preferred and needed from the home. You will find most attractions are under 5 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, and more are all within a short driving distance!
With only a short drive you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions the area has to offer!
If the nightlife is not your go-to cozy up on the couch in the living room and read a book or watch your favorite show downstairs while enjoying Wyoming.
If you need a ride we can connect you with a Taxi, or if available a 2021 Tesla Model 3 Rental!

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises.
Wyo Stays Pet Policy: $15 per pet per night.
Please clean up and look after your family friend(Pet). $300 fine for any mess needing picked up after or damage done!
Feminine hygiene and baby products are not to be flushed. Guests are responsible for costs of repair if violated.
Respectful quiet time after 10:00 pm.
Cancellation policy strictly enforced.
Please note the neighbors are incredibly friendly, you are staying in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, you will have 100% privacy and your own home.
Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly.
For parking at this property you may park in the driveway in front of the home.
If you have a trailer there is designated parking at the property! Please reach out for more information!
