"Our room was not the best. I had to walk around with shoes on due to the carpet being sticky and gross. The breakfast buffet was very good and had alot of options. "

"Hot tub was operational and hot! Excellent after a long drive. Need to address bird mess from front door and remove cigarette butts. Otherwise this is a pleasant, friendly hotel for short stays in the North Platte area, conveniently located for a short drive downtown."

"This was not a good experience. Upon check-in, no one was there and the phone number given didn’t work. After sustained ringing, the bell a man came. When this pet friendly hotel found that we had a pet he called a woman they talked in a foreign language and gave us a room, we went to the room it was stinky, and the carpet was coming up when I asked for a room freshener he changed the room to a better room that looked OK. However, the next morning we had ants all over in the bathroom. There were rust stains on the tub. And there was a degenerate guy right outside our door in the morning that looked like he was doing drugs at the time. The lighting in the parking lot was minimal and we didn’t feel like our property was safe. although it advertised a continental breakfast, the lobby was closed even at 7 AM when we left."

"Fair room. Heater ineffective and loud. Shower barely adequate. Sink area pretty rough. Breakfast area was uninviting. Breakfast staff was unpleasant and cleaning up the area 30 minutes before closure."

"Woman at front desk was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Building needs some TLC. Nice enough room, but everything needs some maintenance. Dissapointing that on site ev charger costs more than a Tesla super charger. First charger i tried would not connect, but after messing with silly app i was able to charge on second one. On site ev charging was why i chose this hotel."
