The property includes a total of 4 upstairs apartments that share a common entrance via a staircase, and then have separate entrances through a hallway or balcony.

Each apartment is a very spacious studio measuring approximately 45 square meters, with large, modern, and comfortable bathrooms featuring showers and glass shower enclosures, including dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap, as well as a hair dryer, bath towels, and first-class hotel-quality hand towels.

The kitchen-dining area is equipped with an electric oven and stove, as well as all the small appliances that will make your stay very pleasant and comfortable: an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a beautiful, complete set of tableware and wine glasses.
A small minibar-style refrigerator is at your disposal.

We offer complimentary varieties of tea, sugar, and coffee for you to enjoy during your stay.

The bed is super comfortable! A king-size (1.80 x 2.0) box spring with pocket springs (the best on the market) and a split base for better weight distribution, complete with hotel-quality cotton sheets. In front of your bed, you’ll find windows with beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, or the terrace—depending on the apartment—along with blackout curtains.

There are security cameras at the entrances, and each apartment has its own alarm system, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with the option to activate DirecTV if you wish (please request the number of days in advance of your stay; an extra charge applies)

A balcony door leads to the shared terrace, which is our gem! We love our terrace: a huge space with views of the mountains and the valley... the best sunrises and sunsets right before your eyes. You’ll have chairs and a small table for your mate, coffee, beer, or wine outdoors. There are also lounge chairs and a green area with beanbag chairs, a small table, and an unbeatable view of the Comechingones.

Near the accommodation, you’ll find a grocery store, a produce stand, a deli, a bar, and a restaurant. Please note that the proximity to the bars can get noisy on weekend nights!

The provincial tourist information office is just a few meters away. About 5 blocks away is the historic center and the lively Avenida del Sol, with its shops, restaurants, casino, galleries, and artisan markets.

The bus terminal is 2 blocks away, and Valle del Conlara Airport is 20 minutes away.
