The apartment features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a private balcony/terrace, a laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The second bathroom also has a bathtub and a bidet. There is also a third guest bathroom in the laundry area, which includes a washer and dryer.

The fully equipped kitchen is separate and comes with all necessary utensils, a microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. It opens onto both the living room and the balcony terrace.
