I can hardly imagine a more perfect place or a better neighborhood for my family of four to stay in while exploring this super-cool city. Martin, the manager, was exceptional. The apartment is just right. I'm so glad we made this choice.

Great location

This was perfect for the two of us. While this wasn't super plush, it had everything we needed. The location between Recoleta and Palermo was great with so much within walking distance. We loved the park right across the street and the little bar/restaurant Wai Republic around the corner. Martin was very responsive to any questions we had and worked with us to get in a little early to put our suitcases up since we were just coming off the cruise ship.The only minor problems were the washer/dryer and the elevator. The washer/dryer was a single unit and didn't dry well at all. We would let it finish, then take the clothes out and hang them up all over the apartment. The elevator was very small, fitting one person with a suitcase or two people but it was definitely an adventure . That being said, we were never stranded. One last thing, the temperature control in the shower was impossible to control. Also, we were required to purchase some insurance or else have a big deposit for damage. This did kind of feel like a bit of a hidden charge when originally comparing different apartments.We still loved staying here and the price was very reasonable for what we got.

Great location and host!

This was a great price for the location and amenities! The host was very thorough and allowed early check in and late check out, without asking, which I really appreciated!We would stay here again :)

Awesome

Went to BA with my 19 year old son. His first time in Argentina. Wanted this to be special. (I was born in BA and know the city well.) The apartment was located in a great neighborhood across from a beautiful park (Las Heras) that had tons of activity all day long. Great to take in a local vibe. Francisco who was our contact person could not have been cooler. Totally responsive. Super warm. Super helpful. The apartment was perfect. Two bedrooms, great kitchen, and a balcony. Absolutely all we needed. Upscale neighborhood. Close to jazz clubs and restaurants. In a word…Awesome!

Cute little apartment in a cool neighborhood

The property manager Martin was responsive. They have a cleaning lady who came once during my two week stay. The location of the apartment is right next to a park which is nice in the afternoons. The apartment looks like the photos / description.

Safe. Secure, Comfortable Buenos Aires Local

Totally enjoyed my stay. Host was responsive and helpful. No shortage of good restaurants in the neighborhood, I was delighted that the location is across the street from such a nice park. I'm from a small town and it was comforting to feel secure in a big city. The apartment easily met all my needs.

Right place at the right time

I would suggest to everyone to try and stay in this area, it's in the middle of everything,safe, beautiful park, close to big avenues,st fe and Libertador!

Great location

Just Incredible

Sorry to all the other places to stay in BsAs, but this location simply can't be beat. It was exactly as advertised and exactly as promised; tidy, clean, perfect. The only surprise was a pleasant one that Martin was even kinder, more pleasant, more helpful, and more gracious than he was in the thorough introductory and and pre-arrival communications. One tiny complaint? I'm not a particularly large person (95kg, 1.85m), but I barely fit in the shower. Will this be my first choice the next time I visit Buenos Aires? Unequivocally and absolutely yes!

A great apartment!

My husband and I spent 10 days in this cozy little apartment and loved it. The size was just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was nicely equipped for us to be able to cook meals as needed, and I really appreciated having a laundry machine to clean our own clothes. The location of the apartment was perfect as well, as we enjoyed being across from a lovely park. It was nicely centralized for us to take a cab to all other neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. It was also a moderate walk to the nearest subway stop. What made the place so wonderful though was working with the property manager Martin. He was so helpful to deal with our questions and issues, and always responded immediately. What a wonderful experience!

Peaceful Place to Recharge Next to Lovely Park

What a wonderful place we found Buenos Aires! The apartment itself is in a great location-close to several restaurants and just a 2mi/3km walk or short cab ride to all the fun bars and restauraunts in Plaza Serrano. It was a real treat being across the street from the park too-great for a morning stroll and people-watching in the evening. As for the apartment itself-IMMACULATE! Very clean, cozy and so comfortable. Great place to relax and recharge before going out to explore again. And if you decide to have a night in, the TV has tons of options for watching and the kitchen is equipped with anything you might need to prepare a meal. The property manager, Martin is a truly lovely person and responded quickly to any questions that came up during our stay. I am already planning on when I can go back to Buenos Aires and when I do, I will be staying here.
