Great location and very good service from the front desk staff. However, the room was in poor condition and felt very run down. It really needs renovation.
There was visible water damage on the floor
The lid of the bathroom trash can was badly dented.

The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly large and quiet. The wi-fi was good.We stayed 2 separate nights and recommended a friend to stay there later- she was also pleased with her stay. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again if in Buenos Aires.

Great location. The rooms are beautiful but the layout of the bathroom is awkward. Most staff were awesome but one exception was a bit grumpy. Special shout out to Sarah who patiently helped me with an online booking when everything was in Spanish. She really helped and had great suggestions. Also Maximillioniano (sorry I know I spelled this wrong) checked us in and out and was funny and welcoming.

This is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires, at an unbeatable location. You are walking distance to Recoleta, to the Obelisk, to San Martin square, and so many other attractions. The rooms are VERY comfortable, functional and very clean. Breakfast is generous. And the staff is superb. Sarah and her colleagues are so helpful! Highly recommended!

The location is perfect and the room was big and clean and the breakfast delicious. The best part was the staff. We had an emergency come up and the staff was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick thinking. We could not have managed without their help. We can't say enough about how impressed we were with the employees. We will stay here again the next time we are in Buenos Aires.
