Palermo Soho: Spacious 7th floor pool retreat

  • Enjoy a bright 7th-floor base in Palermo Soho, with a spacious balcony facing the building's courtyard and pool. The apartment is a generously sized studio with a substantial divider between the sleeping and living areas, giving it the feel of a junior one-bedroom without being a separate enclosed bedroom.



    The sleeping area accommodates two, and the living room has a 1.40-metre-wide sofa bed for two more. A dedicated workstation with an office chair and international outlets makes room for workdays, while air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a television add everyday comfort.



    Guests can use the building's pool and sauna, with paid shared laundry in the basement. Families are welcome within the four-person sleeping arrangement. Optional cleaning can be arranged for longer stays.



    The shared swimming pool is seasonal. Please contact us before booking to confirm whether it will be open during your stay. Opening dates are subject to building management and are not guaranteed.
