Perfect location in heart of Palermo Soho… just lovely little picket of wonderfulness! Great little pool on rooftop terrace to cool off in the summer heat, too. Highly recommend!

Good value and position

Hotel and staff are very good. Rooms are spacious and well air conditioned. Breakfast is good. Position of hotel is excellent for Palermo night life. Roof top has small pool and would be better if there was a bar service. There is a charge for daily bottled water which is usually an included item.

Nuss Hotel has a lot of potential except there are some areas for room for improvement. While it is in a great area and the staff are friendly and helpful, I found that my key card did not work a number of times during my stay, the door was hard to open and close, and when I had my first shower the hot water was brown. In terms of the breakfast, it was good although the brewed coffee was some of the worst I have had. Recommend asking for an Americano or Long expresso to experience a good coffee. I do want to highlight on the plus side that the staff was accommodating in a late checkout and that they did text me when I left my umbrella behind on check-out. Overall, while this is not a five star experience, it is a solid three star with room for improvement.

Um pequeno e lindo hotel no meio de Palermo Soho. Acamodações grandes, limpas, com boa cama, otimo banheiro e com janelas anti ruidos. Muita cordialidade do Staff e vom café da manhã. Foi um grande achado e sempre que voltar a Buenos Aires ficarei nele.

Hotel was safe, room very quiet, bed very comfortable. Our room had a spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including cooked to order omelettes and fresh squeezed juice. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood with many restaurants. The only negative was the floor in our room was very dirty.

Buen hotel

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, una zona con bastante comercio y actividad de restaurantes y bares, el personal de recepción y restaurante fue amable. Tuve algunos problemas que pueden ser situacionales, el internes se cayó el jueves y el viernes fue festivo, no hubo conexión por 2 días, eso en un viaje de trabajo es complicado. Solucionaron con una red de emergencia que solo tenía señal en el lobby, así que trabajé desde las mesas de desayuno. Algunos problemas con la llave electrónica, se desconfió varias veces. El destino está bien, es rico, hay variedad para escoger, sin embargo todos los días es igual.

Wonderful short stay before cruise!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at Nuss before a ship cruise. Very nice, quiet quaint boutique hotel. Service was very good. In a very nice and convenient neighbourhood. Many restaurants, boutique shops and cafes. Very interesting area.
