Well located in the 'Avenue that never sleeps', a short walk from the Obelisk. Many restaurants and shops, Carrefour is just nearby.

Thé staff is amazing and super nice and understanding. They all try to help you with what you may need. The facilities are pretty and the hotel modern. I would totally stay there again !

Voy a dar mi opinión no de la propiedad si no de Expedia. Pagué una tarifa muy cara MXN$22,504 para estar en este hotel 8 noches. Itinerario Expedia no. 73164712806813 Al llegar al hotel me indicaron que el desayuno no estaba incluido para los 8 noches que estuve ahí. Cuando hice la reservación no se me imprimió que tuviese desayuno aunque estaba yo seguro lo tenía por la tarifa alta. Iba a cancelar la reservación en aquel momento pero entré de nuevo a Expedia a hacer una segunda reservación y la tarifa era exactamente igual a la que me cobraron por las 8 noches : MXN$22,504 incluyendo desayuno. Por tanto decidí no cancelar la reservación y quedarme con la que ya tenía. Estoy sumamente molesto por Expedia por no haber incluido mi desayuno las 8 noches y tuve que pagar todos esos desayunos en el hotel. Pensaré de nuevo si hago una reservación futura con Expedia. Creo que ya que ya no ha haré. No es justo lo que se me cobró y no darme desayuno.

Baño frío

Inicialmente no dieron una habitación donde sabian que la tv no funcionaba correctamente y al realizar el reclamo, nos cambiaron de habitación. Luego, entendiendo que el hotel es eco friendly, el bañarse es un problema, ya que no tiene para regular la temperatura, por lo que terminas bañando con agua natural y en invierno es un problema y sumado que a la disposición de los baños, en la salida de la ducha hace mucho frio, lo que multiplica la incomodidad del momento.

Last minute overnight street theater. It was a disaster. Room service will never answer nor did the reception. They charged extra 21% although we showed our foreign ids because we were not carrying our papers with us

Habitación pequeña. La iluminación no era muy buena al igual que la comida del roomservice. Los elevadores, de los tres existentes, solo hay habilitado uno de ellos. Para subir por escaleras, las puertas están bloqueadas en planta baja. El Gym es bastante básico y pequeño.

Não voltaria

O hotel é em uma rua muito movimentada. Tem uma casa de shows em frente. O quarto era muito barulhento e não havia janela anti ruído. O quarto é muito pequeno e no banheiro não tem secador ou touca de banho. O café da manhã é muito bom. Ficou desapontada, pois este Novotel não tem o padrão dos outros que já conheço.
