Great Hotel, Better Staff.

I can't say enough about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, most speak English. The neighborhood is clean and safe and is within reasonable walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. The room itself was very clean and modern (it even had universal outlets so my adapter wasn't really needed. I would absolutely recommend the Crillon to someone, and would probably favor trying out another NH Collection hotel in the future if one is available.

,Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Location is very central. Staff could be much more friendly and helpful. For instance, I was never greeted leaving or entering the Hotel, no help with my luggage etc. Otherwise this could really be a wonderful place

The rooms are very small, but the hotel is very central. Staff was friendly, but the check in took > 30min. Early check in costs 50% of the price of a night. The room we got was pretty loud due to the noise from the street

Hotel is in an area of mixed uses, shops, apartments. Some side streets appear to be older and have a rundown appearance, but the main streets are good. There is a large park type area close by with good walking access. Overall, good.

Not a bad place.... clean room...clean bathrooms....comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Sadly there was a slight sewer smell in stairwell the entire stay. Not a deal breaker, but some people would not like it. Management must teach their staff to smile and say hello. Could be a cultural thing, maybe a language thing? Many staff looked grumpy....a smile is universal!

Staff friendly and responsive. Breakfast fantastic. Bar extremely poor. With so many great wines in Argentina it was a shocking negative surprise the lack of a couple of decent wines.

Room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived despite checking in online. The room allocated online had been given to someone else ( why bother with online check in if the room is not ready or not the room allocated) It took a further 105 minutes and asking twice before it was ready. We had to ask for another room to be given to us as we had been traveling 24 hours and were tired. No proactive action taken. Manager blamed their IT and made lame excuses The room and breakfast were good. And the receptionist on check out day was so much better. The location of the hotel is it’s best asset.

The stay was fine, disappointed there was no pool or spa. The room was fine, ours was much bigger than other people that we know for the same class. The check-in was Terrible!!! We got to the hotel early after an all night flight and we asked for an early check-in. We were told no but the room would be ready at 2:00 PM. We went and picked up a light lunch and returned a little after 1:00 and they had not checked any one in. The time they had said the room would be ready, came and went with no information on when they would be available. Finally at 3:30 PM they started checking people in, but did not start with who had been waiting the longest, so it was a mad rush to line up. Would I stay at this hotel again, VERY Doubtful!!!
