The Space:

Welcome to our wide and amazing 2 bedroom apartment located just 150 meters away from the famous Solar de la Abadia shopping center in Las Cañitas. The place is ideal for large groups travelling together or families. The apartment displays 2 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your own dishes.

The unit is located in a beautiful old-style building just 50 meters away from Avenida del Libertador, walking distance to the Polo Fields, Bosques de Palermo, Chinatown and the German Embassy. Don't hesitate to book this unique property!



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.



Getting Around:

Metrobus along Av del Libertador and the railway station of Lisandro de la Torre will drop you anywhere along the city. Subway Line D is also just 600 meters away. Plenity of buses running along Luis Maria Campos avenue.



Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
