The hotel is beautifully designed to a very high standard, with excellent rooms and public areas. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Unfortunately, there were significant maintenance issues. The safe had to be replaced twice, and there was a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom that the staff tried several times to fix without success. Although the staff handled everything professionally and did their best to help, these are serious issues that can significantly affect an otherwise enjoyable stay.

A hidden gem in the best location!

Perfect location! Amazingly friendly staff! Rooms were clean, modern, always thoroughly turned over. Room descriptions and pictures are accurately depicted. All pictures of the property pictures are exactly as described. Gym and spa are wonderful and breakfast is as good as any confitería. As an Argentinian, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

5 star service and quality at significantly lower prices. We had a lot of special requests and al were handled, politely, promptly and correctly. The staff is as well trained as at hotels charging 2 or 3 X .. Especially big shout out to both Melanie and Alejandra ,at the front desk are outstanding!!
