Inside you will find a room with individual beds that can be converted into a double bed, as well as two additional sofa beds for greater comfort. The bathroom is fully equipped with all modern conveniences, and the kitchen is ready for use with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The apartment has air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the year.



The apartment's location is perfect, as it is in a safe and quiet area, yet only a few minutes' walk from the most popular tourist attractions in the city, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

Nice Unit, Good Location

Overall it was a nice stay. I received the unit with hair the on pillow cases and bed sheet but the host immediately took care of it, so that was good. Just make sure to bring some earplugs as the unit has two vents (literally holes on the wall with vent covers) so you will inevitably hear the cars on the street which can potentially disrupt your sleep. I always bring earplugs and eye mask during my travels so I personally had no problems with it. It’s in a very good location to Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars. Short uber ride to beautiful BA spots.
