Welcome to our modern apartment in the heart of Palermo Hollywood! This spacious and elegant 100 m2 apartment is the ideal place to stay during your visit to Buenos Aires with your family or friends.



The apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for groups of up to six people. Plus, each room has air conditioning so you can stay cool on hot days.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and enjoy them in the spacious living room. In addition, our apartment has high-speed Internet to stay connected during your stay.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

Terrible experience in general

Oh man how do i start... First... the communication was awful and they sent inaccurate check in instructions. They only provided a code after demanding 100USD payment outside the ap. After that they sent the wrong code for the lockbox and we stayed out on the street with our luggage for an hour. 2. After finally getting into the apartment the master bedroom air and TV were broken. 3. The toilet seat (see picture on the Google review) was disgusting... 4. No laudry soap or dish soap 5. Sheets to all the beds are discolored and doubt they get washed 6. Wifi was super slow and we had to use our data most the time. Would definitely not recommend renting this apartment
