The hotel is located near Plaza de la República and various transportation options and is close to several shopping streets and theatres. Unfortunately the AC system in the hotel didn't work so we had to use a fan to keep cool in our room.

This Property has not had Air Conditioning for over 2 months!!! This was not listed on the Expedia site - so I could not choose a different property. Note:; It is November 2024 in Argentina and that is Spring/Summer. It was brutally HOT, Muggy and unbearable. They has a limited number a fans - that only pushed around HOT - Musty Air. The Hotel is in Need of a complete overhall The Beds were Lumpy and saggy, the furnitue was from 1970's and the breakfast was disgusting and inedible. The location is good ... IF ALL problems were fixed... it could be a decent location. Over all - a 1 star or less. Do NOT stay here. I am going to ask Expedia for my money back... It was that painful

Stay Away! Old hotel that needs a total refurbishment. Its a 1 star or a 2 star not the advertised 4 star. Dirty and stained carpets, battered walls, damaged furniture, not sure where the nice photos of the rooms shown on the website are - certainly not the ones we saw. Some desk staff are friendly and helpful where others are just not interested and extremely rude. They refused to accommodate an early check-in after a long 11 hrs. flight. All 3 elevators were out of service for 2 days. You need to load your own luggage on a trolley and take it to your room yourself!). Breakfast is good but they don't allow to take your cup with coffee in the room. Great location! Do yourself a favor and book at Marriott (next to Exe Colon).

Pros: location was by the Obelisc. Very clean and disinterested frequently. Cons: you cannot use the AC in Winter. The room was very warm and had to open/close the window few times during night because the hotel leaves the heater on and you cannot turn it off. Noisy. My room was on the 8th floor on the side street where people walk and which is extremely busy. A lot of people started working very early and some yelled loudly “Cambio!” from like 8am til around noon most the time. We got there on a Saturday and the lobby was very busy with only 2 people working. They did not give as a choice to early Check-in since 11am. The check in time is 3pm. The check out in Expedia is inaccurate and the real time is 11am. We wanted to pay the extra fees of our stay when checked in, but the front desk person said come back later or the next day because they where very busy. They don’t acknowledge you at all even though you only can have a quick question. There is no line, so everyone piles up at the counter to get their attention. There were no brochures of any tours suggestions anywhere at the hotel which it would help the locals get business. The rooms don’t look like the pictures on Expedia. The bathrooms on our floor were very dated. You can find bidet in them. On Sunday morning two out of 3 elevators where out. They did not put any signs anywhere and had to wait 10-15 minutes f. If you travel on a budget this is your hotel, but if you can afford paying a bit more, please avoid it.

Me asignaron la habitación 609 y desde el inicio el estado era deficiente: paredes con humedad y polvo blanco, techo del baño con filtraciones, tina y bidet descascarados, escritorio dañado, espejos opacos y sin agua caliente. La segunda noche, estando sentada en el baño, comenzó a caerme agua del techo directamente en el cuerpo y el cabello. Bajé a recepción a la 1:30 am le mostré el vídeo de la filtración y el recepcionista intentó minimizarlo, diciendo que era “agua de tubería”, pero que podía cambiarme de habitación. Primero me ofreció la 807 (dos pisos para subir mis cosas, le dije que como), luego la 606. Terminé moviendo mis cosas a las 2 am. En la nueva habitación, las condiciones eran casi iguales: tina y bidet descascarados de pintura, espejos gastados (tostados por los lados), puerta del clóset dañada. Al dejar el hotel, el recepcionista de la mañana me preguntó cómo estuvo la estadía. Le comenzé a contar lo ocurrido y cortó mi relato sin dejarme finalizar diciendo ah, ya, ok, ok, y, en lugar de disculparse, me interrumpió diciendo que “eso pasa, esa habitación está mala, pero no eran meados, era agua nada más”. Nunca recibí una disculpa formal, compensación ni solución real. En conclusión, pésima experiencia: instalaciones deterioradas, filtraciones graves y personal que resta importancia a situaciones inaceptables. No recomiendo este hotel.

No incluía desayuno. Lo propiedad está amplia y en buenas condiciones. La comunicación y atención fueron muy buenos, el lugar si está un poco alejado de todo lo principal de Palermo, unos 30 minutos caminando. Por la noche está muy solo ya sur cadi no hay tiendas ni comercios cerca. Aunque si parece ser seguro.

Está bien pero se siente un tanto viejo el lugar, la limpieza bien, ubicación también. Creo que deberían informar que lo que se encuentra en el frigo no es cortesía y ya poder decidir si lo tomas o tú compras tus cosas.

Llegué de Ciudad de México a Buenos Aires a las 10:00 pm, llegue al Hotel Exe a las 11:30 pm. En la recepción nos indico la única persona que se encontraba que no nos podía dar nuestra habitación por que el aire acondicionado de todas las habitaciones no funcionaba. Pero que nos daban la habitación en otro hotel del mismo dueñoubicado a cinco cuadras de distancia Fuimos al otro hotel y nos dieron la habitación. No conocimos en hotel Exe únicamente la recepción y la fachada desde la calle Mi opinión es que Expedia debe tener una forma de avisar con anticipación que las condiciones del hotel estan completas y correctas. Si hay algún cambio avisar oportunamente
