Confirmation never received at hotel

Arrived at hotel just to be told that there is no confirmation and besides no rooms were available i did get and email from Expedia .very bad experience with you guys.it won't happen again.It took me 3 hr to find another place

Hotel bem básico.

Hotel bem simples, antigo, elevador super antigo, meio precário, somente para dormir, tomar um banho digno. Café da manhã super simples. Enfim, básico mesmo é bem antigo.

CUCARACHAS!!!!!

Un horror! Está repleto de cucarachas! Aparecieron en las sabanas en todos lados y lo peor es que lo saben los empleados y dicen...las estamos combatiendo ?! Cierren el hotel hasta que lo solucionen POR FAVOR!!!

Desagradable hotel, lejos de ser 3 estrellas.

La verdad que no comprendo como es que este hotel esta en el sitio de hoteles.com Dice que es de 3 estrellas pero si llega a 1 es mucho. Llegamos a la habitación y la limpieza era MALISIMA. La ventana no cerraba, la persiana no bajaba, las luces no andaban, paredes rotas y sucias, baño sucio con agujeros en el techo. Cucarachas, muy ruidoso , la puerta no tenia seguro del lado de adentro. REALMENTE, DESAGRADABLE por suerte era solo una noche y llegue tarde. Luego mientras estaba en el Hall, bajaron mas personas quejandose de lo mismo y de las cucarachas....

Si bien el hotel no está en óptimas condiciones y los servicios de desayuno e insumos son básicos, el personal fue muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento utilizando los escasos recursos disponibles. La habitación siempre se mantuvo limpia. LO MALO: Se había incluido servicio de garage, cosa que no está disponible. El hotel NO posee garage propio.

RECLAMO

En la reserva enviada por mail, y lo consulté específicamente porque no conocía el hotel, expresa en comodidades: tv de 32"/ bañadera/ frigobar y wifi. Este ultimo solo en blanta baja.. del resto Nada de eso tenía! Además, el desayuno un café con facturas, sin fruta ni lacteos, etc. Los cubrecamas son de pésima calidad y con un estampado desagradable, dista muchísimo de lo sobrio que muestra la imagen de la página. Las habitaciones despintadas y mal aseadas! UNA VERGUENZA QUE ENGAÑEN A LA GENTE DE ESTA MANERA¡¡

Poor area and security

I actually checked out early after one night. I was warned by my taxi driver that the area was dangerous. On arrival I discovered that the very narrow bed had minimal bedding and no towels were provided. More worryingly, the bedroom door did not lock properly from the inside. The area was very loud and multiple times during the night people banged on my door. I left at the first available opportunity...

Para comenzar, la reserva estaba mal hecha. Luego, la atención fue menospreciable ya que quien nos recibió, muy poco se esforzó por solucionarnos el problema con la reserva. La habitación pequeña, y había cucarachas en la cama y baño. El desayuno muy pobre, había tiras de pan, ni siquiera cortado para tostadas. No lo recomendaría ni volvería.

BEWARE of spy camera in TV!

This hotel was a nightmare. I carry a hidden camera detector, and there was one in the tv on the suite wall. I have photos to prove this. The staff behaved weirdly, acting indifferent and almost angry when I checked in, but then behaving very strangely as the guy carried my suitcase into my room on level 3. The head-hunter artifacts in the main foyer creeped me out. This is not a suitable hotel for solo female travelers. The lighting in the 'office' section was very dim. The tap in the bathroom dripped. No-one spoke English, despite advertising the contrary. Room doors were constantly slamming at night and tv's blaring very loudly. Also, this hotel was marketed on Wotif as being right in the heart of Belvenera. Well, this hotel was located 15 FULL BLOCKS away from the main Belvenera blocks. When I had clicked on the 'show map' the location showed as being very close to the Obelisk, which turned out to be false.

La verdad pesimo. Sucio, no llega el wifi a las hb. Llegue subi a la hb y baje porque era un desastre y me fui y todavia me cobraron la noche cuando no pase ni una hr en el hotel no lo recomiendo a nadie!!

LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN

en las habitaciones había cucarachas, le falta pintura a las paredes ya que estaban manchadas, las goteras de las regadera no permitió conciliar el sueño, no hay wifi en las habitaciones, el olor del cigarrillo de otras habitaciones ingresó a la nuestra, no deberían permitir fumar o dividir a fumadores . lo destacable fue la amabilidad y cordialidad de quienes trabajan ahí, fueron una excelente guía

Regular, Es bueno del hotel su personal es bastante amable y diligente. La limpieza de las habitaciones es deficiente, encima y debajo de las camas se encuentran muchas motas y polvo. Los muebles de la sala de estar y las camas son extremadamente viejas. El wi-fi únicamente se encuentra en la sala de estar, siendo incómodo estando en un país lejano el tener que bajar al primer piso en pleno invierno para poder comunicarte con tu familia. Además los desayunos son todos los días lo mismo: pan y café o jugo. El vecindario en que se encuentra es un poco peligroso. Se debe transitar allí con cuidado en las noches.

Buena disposición de gente

Les cuento que en un primer momento tuve desconfianza por estar.cerca de once, pero al llegar y al ver la.buena vista de.entrada me sentí más tranquilo, luego la cordialidad con la que te reciben cada uno de los que trabajan allí y la limpieza y comodidad dio giro lo que pensaba y realmente fue cómodo hasta para mi.mamá que tiene 67 años y problema en la columna...muy bueno..

Good hotel in Buenos Aires

The hotel was ok for us (family of three). The room was very spacious with 2 double beds, TV and en-suite bathroom (with underfloor heating). There was even a separator between the beds. The first night was a bit cold though. Staff was ok but not overwhelmingly friendly (no English). Wifi was good in the room but not in the breakfast area. The breakfast was ok but very basic (bread, jam, butter, coffee). Location was ok, close to a subway station (but you need a Sube card to use the subway) which you can buy at the station. Compared to Lima, Buenos Aires felt safe.

Ao chegar ao hotel você é obrigado a pagar pelo período integral da estadia e não permitem que você vá até o quarto para avaliar. Quando você entra no quarto é aquela decepção. Quarto sujo, toalhas sujas. O Wi fi só funciona no térreo, quando funciona. O café da manhã é terrível. Pão, manteiga e café. Tem que ter café cedo, pois se um dos itens acabar você ficará sem. Os atendentes mal te compreendem quando você solicita algo, além de não te dar a menor atenção. A localização do hotel é afastada do centro histórico. O hotel está classificado como três estrelas, mas está muito longe disso.
