Great location to stay.

The team running artsuites is great. They communicate through WhatsApp very promptly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The area is very central and easy to get anywhere. Lots of restaurants and things to do while being a quiet neighborhood. A short walk away from Recoleta cementary and museums. Have stayed with them Multiple times.

Art Suites in Recoleta

Good location. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable. Quiet building in a quiet neighborhood. Nearby coffee shops and markets. We notified Art Suites when we got in a taxi from the airport and when we arrived at the apt., but had to wait 20 min. to be let in. The key system was a little confusing. The furniture was worn, the outlet for kitchen appliances did not work, the jets in the spa tub did not work. Overall, it was fine, Good value for the price.

Once we had arrived and arranged for keys and entry pad, getting into and out of the building was a snap. Contacts with management good. It was clean but Spartan. Thus not encouraged to do any cooking. Is located in an interesting neighborhood. Felt safe at night but lacked large markets to shop at.

Overall it was fine, however there are some simple things that would help to improve comfort: improve room lighting, need of hangers and/or small stool to place clothes in the bathroom while one takes a shower, have more and better quality hangers in the closet (existing ones were very poor), improve tableware (quality and quantity). In short, quite basic place but very easy and costless to improve.

Good location but building maintenance not a strong point. Heavy smell of mold/damp from AC. Erratic WiFi -- really don't recommend trying to Zoom for work from this property.

The concept is ApartHotel. Room cleaning is extra $25 dollars and has to be pre-arranged. Extra towels also had to be requested and paid in dollars not pesos. The toilet seat was old and discolored. There were cracks in the bath ceiling and the bath door’s bottom had signs of damage. Unlike other Apart hotels in the country, breakfast is not included.

Bom hotel

Nao há recepção. Então, é necessario marcar a chegada para entregarem as chaves (a gerência faz um grupo de WhatsApp que funciona bem). As instalações sao amplas e limpas. Tivemos um problema com a pia da cozinha vazando agua, mas fomos compensados depois com um late check-in sem custo adicional. A limpeza nao é feita, a não ser que pague por fora. Mas, no geral, achei confortável, bem localizado (adorei o bairro!) e considero um bom custo-beneficio.
