The area is on top of natural hot thermal springs and some spots along the waters edge are actually to hot to stand on because of the thermals. We also saw three different sea turtle nest marked for their safety and had the date the eggs were laid. #BeachTips

Reality did not match Listing

Overall impression of this property is: if you are backpacking or travelling on the cheap, this property would be well suited for you IF it was listed at half the price. You get one room (no refrigerator, the kitchen cupboards were empty (no utensils, pots/pans, dishes), no beach chairs, one lanai chair, yes a/c) and one bathroom (no hot water in shower). We got our key on Day 4. It needed a deep clean before we got there. We booked this property at least 6 months in advance, there was enough time to provide everything the listing said it had (which was everything), or revise the listing and let us know. If you are looking for a condo-style/hotel-style property, this is not it. The beach location was beautiful.
