Relax on 2 acres of the Arkansas River’s edge in this calm, stylish space with your friends and family. Spaciousness and views abound - from views of the Arkansas River to the peaks of Mount Princeton. One mile north is the charming town of Buena Vista, with fine dining at South Main's famous “Surf Hotel”.
The space: The house is the creation of former designer and avid meditator, Cathy. Cathy and her small pup, Ananda, live on the north end of the property when she is not traveling or visiting her children in Denver. You may see Cathy and Ananda wandering on the two acres of property during your stay, but will respect your privacy. Cathy’s daughter Lindsay is your Host and is the main contact.
Guest access:
As the guest, you'll have access to the main house, the bicycle pump track, the south garden, and the south beach of the Arkansas River.
The property has three living spaces:
(1) The main house, which is where you stay as the VRBO guest.
(2) A private studio attached to the north side of the main house. For an additional price, the addition of the studio can be added to your rental.
(3) A separate guest house on the north of the property. This is where Cathy and her pup Ananda live.
