Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

I had an amazing stay at this riverfront condo in Salida, Colorado! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the Arkansas River right from the balcony. This property was just as advertised. A modern spacious condo that was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were very nice with lots of great windows. We enjoyed the location, within easy walking of downtown and the Monarch walking trail. We really enjoyed the game room with table tennis and fooseball. Highly recommend!

We were in Salida for a week, celebrating our son's wedding. My sister and her husband shared the condo with us. It's a beautiful, functional layout. It was so nice to have a well appointed kitchen. We sat on the deck enjoying the river, rafters and kayakers. We had plenty of space for my other siblings to drop by for coffee and a chat. It was the first time we've been together since the pandemic. A wonderful homebase for a memory making time. Thank you Pinon

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The check-in process was flawless which was very helpful after a full day of travel. It was nice having 2 en suites upstairs along with the washer / dryer. We didn't use the upstairs deck, but the deck off the family room we used every morning and evening. This was an excellent property in a great location.

Wife and I with my brother flew in for my niece's wedding. Stayed Wed to Sunday. Check in late at night was a breeze no issues at all. Rental was clean and bright and nicely equipped. More importantly, "Location is everything" and this rental was perfect. Corner apartment 2nd floor overlooking the Arkansas river and the bubbling rushing water right there to watch and listen to. Walk downstairs and 50 feet to walkway next to the river or across the street to two excellent breakfast/brunch spots. Shopping and Eateries and the park all within 5-6 block radius. Hello?! Both my wife and brother commented several times while there that this was easily the best rental we could have had and so glad to have it. Quiet at night so after a day of shopping or family affairs or hiking or biking we got a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. We found Salida folk very friendly and helpful as well while walking about and you will too if you come here. One thing we found was the exterior ice dispenser on the fridge had a slow drip that was eventually getting to the floor so we put it in "lock" mode and while walking by the Pinion rental office |I popped in and advised them and they were going to let Maintenance know to resolve (including here so they remember ! ) Great stay and I cannot overstate how happy we were with the place.

PROS: Beautiful condo with amazing riverfront views. The layout is great with en suite bathrooms on both of the upstairs bedrooms. The beds are comfy with nice linens. Great balconies for cozy cups of tea. CONS: The cleanliness was adequate, but not quite up to Covid standards. When pulling out the sleeper sofa it was obvious that the floors and under the cushions had not been vacuumed in some time. There were crumbs, candies and some toys collected underneath. I re-washed the extra sheets as they were musty and stained when I pulled them out to use. A recycling receptacle would be a really great item to offer guests. The biggest problem was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. My 80 year old father who has difficulty walking and uses a cane had an extremely difficult time with the multiple flights of stairs required to get to and from the rental unit. This was a huge disappointment. The elevator was one of the main reasons we chose this property and we only received notification that the elevator was out of service 2 days before our check in (well outside of any cancellation period), was really upsetting. Overall a great location and nice condo. Just be sure you/ your loved ones can deal with some serious stair climbing!
