A lovely stay!!

We had a wonderful stay. Very attentive staff. We're allowed to use the facilities after we checked out as we had a late flight. Only minus were the madrasses in the bunk bed, they were very hard. Thank you!

The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! Overall though a nice week was had, but will not be returning.

DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had.

An absolutely terrible holiday experience in this hotel. This place has absolutely nothing to do with famous Italian hospitality and absolutely terrible food for the price you pay. To start with all inclusive experience is a lye. All that is included is water, disgusting sugary drinks “called juices” and water based cocktails “cocktail of the day”. Food is made from frozen products, covid definitely affected because the food is lowest quality possible, not eatable and disgusting. If you wish to have a glass of water at the bar is ok, but bottle is already extra price. At the beach even a glass is extra, so don’t forget to take money with you to the beach otherwise you drink from the shower that 10 mins away by walk. Obviously no Water in the room. Don’t forget towels for your holidays because in this 4* hotel the towels at the pool and on the beach is not provided. If you wish to go away for a night out and eat some real food you have to pay 15€ per person for a bus ticket, even though there are city busses that no one tells you about 1€ each. Make yourself a favour and rent a car to get away from there, don’t pay extra for all inclusive experience not to be disappointed. The only good points are the rooms, renovated with conditioner, however full of aunts! Save your money and nerves and book somewhere else!!!!!!

Schreckliches 2 Sterne Hotel (definitiv keine 4 Sterne) - mehr ist leider nicht drin Positiv: Personal in der Küche, mehr nicht Negativ gefühlt fast alles! Essen: Die Küche hat immer morgens bis von 7:30 bis 9:30 auf, wer in den Ferien sich ausschlafen will kann es definitiv vergessen. Um 9:15 wird das Essen abgeräumt. Zudem gibt es wirklich nicht viel Auswahl an Essen. Meine Frau hatte 2 Mal Lebensmittel Vergiftung gehabt. Die Gläser sind schmutzig, das wurde in der Küche relativiert- man hat uns nun angelacht Personal: ich weiss nicht wofür so viel Personal gebraucht wird, wenn dieses sowieso nichts tut. Die Jungs von Animation fragen Gäste nach, ob jemand Becher Bier an der Theke besorgen kann. Zudem geht das Hotel Personal ganze Zeit mit den Gästen essen, ähnliches habe ich noch nie im Leben erlebt Lage: es wird geschrieben „in der unmittelbaren Strandnähe „ zum verstehen: es sind ca 2,5 km zu fuss. Es fährt ein kleines Schuttle 7 mal am tag (viel spass beim warten, da dieser meistens voll ist) Zimmer: alt und an vielen Stellen defekte und kaputte Möbel. Es gibt nicht mal Flasche Wasser auf Zimmer Ich Rate definitiv ab dieses Hotel Zu buchen! PREIS LEISTUNG zahlt sich definitiv nicht aus! Nie wieder dieses Hotel

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Janna e Sole. Positiv ist die schön angelegte Anlage sowie die kleine Hotelbahn zum Strand. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10–15 Minuten, der nahe Strand ist zum Baden jedoch kaum geeignet. Die Bahn fährt regelmäßig zum Badestrand mit kostenlosen Liegen. Negativ: Die Anlage und Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer gab es Ameisen (laut anderen Gästen kein Einzelfall). Das Leitungswasser war durchgehend braun und nicht trinkbar. Im Bad trat zudem Wasser aus dem Boden aus (vermutlich Rohrschaden). Während des Aufenthalts kam es außerdem zu Stromausfällen und Spannungsschwankungen, wodurch zeitweise Strom, Klimaanlage, Wasser und TV ausfielen. Die Zimmerreinigung war enttäuschend: Die Bettdecke war bei Ankunft verschmutzt und wurde trotz Hinweis nicht ersetzt, nur Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Bettwäsche nicht einmal gewechselt innerhalb von 2 Wochen. Das Essen war okay: Wenig Variation, Speisen wurden langsam nachgefüllt, Geschirr oft nicht sauber, und am Eisstand gab es abends lange Wartezeiten. Das All-inclusive-Angebot ist eingeschränkt und teils je nach Herkunft unterschiedlich. Bestimmte Getränke wie Cola Zero fehlten, Kinder-Cocktails waren nur einfache Mischungen, die Auswahl insgesamt begrenzt. Getränke im Restaurant noch mehr begrenzt, zum Frühstück/ Mittag gab es nur Pappbecher für Getränke. Essenszeiten sind kurz (Frühstück nur bis 9:30 Uhr). Handtücher für Pool/Strand kosten extra. Keine Empfehlung!

Det står 4stjärnigt men med svenska mått mätt är detta max 2,5 stjärnor. Ganska slitet. Har varit fint en gång men på ett sådant ställe kan man inte ha höga förväntningar. Det finns pool och de erbjuder mycket mat och snacks men blir också relativt enformigt.

Très bon établissement, pour du all inclusive il y avait beaucoup de choix au restaurant. Les chambres étaient propre. Mais le vrai plus de cet établissement est le personnel. L’équipe du restaurant est vraiment super , l’équipe du bar aussi , ainsi que l’équipe d’animateurs. une mention spéciale pour momo, qui a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée , il donne le meilleur de lui même pour que le séjour des vacanciers se passe au mieux, il est passionné par son métier et nous le remercions du fond du cœur pour sa gentillesse. De plus il parle 5 langues , dont le français ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Bravo momo et encore merci pour tout .

Besser meiden

Schrecklich unfreundlicher Personal bis auf nette Reinungskräfte.Alle Gesichter sind genervt und die Bestellungen werden gezwungen aufgenommen. Das Restaurant bietet nur schlechtes bis mittelmäsiges Essen an. Nur das Wasser und Kaffee schmecken gut. Wenn Sie Reis essen, schmeckt es nach Fisch, wenn Sie Nudeln essen, schmeckt es nach anderen Gerichten da vermutlich alles direkt in einem Topf zubereitet wird. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Terrassen teilt man mit Nachbarn so dass man keine Privatsphäre hat. Die Animationsleute sind extrem nervig und versuchen mit ihre künstliche Art die Stimmung aufzupeppen.
