No grease, oils, or food scraps down the drain.
If it wouldn’t go down your grandma’s sink… it doesn’t go down ours.

🐾 Approved Service Pet Guests Welcome (With Good Manners)- please DM us for special consideration for pets that are okay being on a leash. Our outdoor fencing isn’t 100% secure and is a liability.
For those staying with us, accidents happen—we get it. If they do, please be a first responder and clean it up using the approved supplies under the sink or in the laundry room.

Quick action = happy home.

🖤 If It Breaks, Walks Away, or… Dies
Broken, missing, or damaged items will be charged.
This includes servingware, décor, art, furnishings… and yes, even the plants and wildlife if anything looks like foul play.

There will the occasional house spider that are apart of the pest control in the hill-country, but we ask to help assist outside any bugs that might be in the way.

(They’re part of the family now.)

🚫 Off-Limits Areas
A few spaces are not part of the rental experience:
• Detached garage
• Staircase + upstairs homeowner quarters
• Front room storage

If it looks like a “behind the scenes” moment—it probably is.

❄️ Keep It Cool (Literally)
Help keep the space comfortable and the bugs outside where they belong.
Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running keeping it no lower than 70 degrees at night and bringing it back up to 74 if leaving the house during the day. Our AC will thank you for it.
Note, AC is accessible from the hallways at the bedrooms and cools the entire house.

You may see our Co-Host/Property Manager on site if the house needs maintenance.

No shared living areas—just shared driveway parking (and plenty of it).
