"We booked a room just to take the kids swimming. They enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The room was not clean. The arms of the chair was sticky, the lamp switch was sticky, the inside of the bathroom door looks like it had poo smeared on the door. If properly cleaned, I would have liked my stay very much."

"We stayed 2 nights while going to King’s Dominion. Unpin arrival, the toilet in our room was blocked up. I had to call the front desk 3 times (hours apart) to get a plunger. One of the keys to our room didn’t work both nights despite being re-scanned a few times. Breakfast area is very small and was extremely crowded each morning. This hotel was fine for what we needed, but I would not have an extended stay here."

"The heat/cool mechanism workedand was quiet. The room was clean, had new towels, shower was spotless clean. There was a faint odor if smoke from previous time occupant. It was not a string odor. "

"Cockroaches. Disgusting. It was our only option to stay at 1am after driving all day and we stayed to sleep for 4 hours but could barley do it as soon as we go into the hotel the front desk guy isn’t there and there’s a sign to call a number , we call it and then he comes out of a random room hair a mess like he just woke up . We get our keys quickly and head to our room, as soon as we open the door a moldy musty smell hits us in the face. We close the hotel door and there’s a massive cockroach on the door and it was like the room wasn’t cleaned before we got there there was fresh water stains on the nightstands I doubt the beds were clean. We got up and out of there as soon as we could "
