Lime View - Charming Town Centre Apartment - 1 Double, 2 Singles, Parking Space.
A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment, situated in a converted period building in the heart of Buckingham, overlooking the lime trees which line the town centre, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, Smart TV and WiFi.
7.5 miles to Silverstone
12 miles to Bicester Village
12 miles to Bletchley Park/MK Bowl
4 miles to Stowe School and Thornton College
Access to the property is via staircase to the first floor.
The first bedroom overlooks Paynes Court and has a double bed and attached ensuite with shower, bed linen and towels provided.
Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom overlooking the High St, bed linen and towels provided.
Also overlooking the front of the property is the living room which contains a 2 person sofa, 2 arm chairs (1 reclining), side tables, electric fire (safety guard provided for little people) and smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering needs and includes a dining table with 4 chairs, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. There is tea and coffee available on arrival along with dish soap and some washing detergent to get you started on your stay.
The main bathroom is accessed via the hallway and contains a bath with shower sink and toilet. Both bathrooms contain toiletries to help you settle in.
Each room has an electric radiator which is controlled by its own thermostat.
Local Bus Route with stop just outside the apartment to Milton Keynes, Oxford and Bicester (Village)
