"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

Gott om plats för att mötas i hotellets lounge-delar och kök. Rent och fint. Lugnt. Uppskattade verandorna, som låg i sol efter kl.10.30 på dagen. För morgonkaffe eller ligga i solsängarna för en lugn dag.Uppskattar uppvärmt rum för att torka pjäxor och förvara skidor. Hade varit trevligt med en resturang, om man inte vill gå ut. Rekommenderas varmt "

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance. Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea. Breakfast does usually have a bit of a late start time (8:00) so something to consider if you're an early...

"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again"
