The perfect place for groups and families

Welcome to Sozo Home - a peaceful place that offers you the quietness of the countryside in the center of Bucharest. It fits 16 people with the possibility of renting the other apartment in the villa that can fit another 6 persons. Ask us about it in case your group is larger than 16 people.

Our 4 bedroom home is located away from the main street, surrounded by a big wild garden.
Sozo Home is the perfect place for groups of people or for 2-3 families that are visiting or transitioning Bucharest.

The space
Sozo Home has a modern design and it is fully equipped with what you need in your home away.
You will find in the kitchen what you need for a first good breakfast: eggs, butter, gem, cereal, coffee, tea, water. There are also lots of spices, oil, vinegar etc.

You will have access to all the appliances: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Sandwich Maker, Waffle Maker, Stove & Oven, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Hairdryer.
Board games: The Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, Chess, Backgammon and more.
In the living room, there is a little secret closet room, where you can hide to read, pray, meditate :)

The garden is amazing for children that want to explore, it is wild like in the countryside - it even has a vineyard. It has a trampoline, a rocker and if you come in the right season: cherries, peaches, plums, apples, grapes.

Additional rules
- It is a no shoes house, so please help us take care of Sozo Home by taking your shoes off.
- Smoking is forbidden in the house.
- Please don't bring other people in the house, except the registered guests. If you need to bring somebody please ask for permission first.
- Quiet Hours in Romania are between 10pm and 8 am. No loud noise, music or parties.
- Be kind to our home as it would be yours.
- Use the resources with care.
- Please report damages immediately.
- Message us if you need something that you think we can help you with.
- If you have a complaint please let us know first.
- Please communicate the house rules with every member of your group.
- Enjoy your stay! The most important rule :).
