"Friendly owners, very responsive. It worked well for us we only needed a few hours of rest before our flight out at night. But location was good- close to beach. The room itself was well organized and was helpful to have utensils and plates in the room."

"From the time I booked the trip, Ruth was in contact and consistently responded to any questions in a timely manner. She made sure that we settled in comfortably and even suggested nearby places to eat after hours. There was absolutely no detail that was overlooked; from the check-in process, to the decor, to the amenities. It was evident that great care was paid to every detail that guests coming from outside of T & T would need to feel comfortable and safe. My family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have had a better experience if we tried. The pool was clean and the perfect size. Even though we didn’t use it very much, we enjoyed it all to ourselves on our last morning. We really appreciated an in-unit washer, dryer and detergent. Opal is a professionally curated experience. Our space was expertly appointed, tastefully designed, and far exceeded our expectations. The pictures were 100% accurate but still didn’t do justice to what we experienced when we arrived. This is the best VRBO experience we’ve had, on every level. We really appreciated Ruth’s professionalism and accessibility. There was never a time that I asked a question and had to wonder if I’d get a reply. Her response time and tone were truly on a five-star level. We plan on visiting Tobago again and will definitely return to Opal or consider trying another one of the company’s other locations.
