Nice staff, kindness, cleanness... Cool place

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, and beautiful parks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and the high standard of service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Convenient location, cheap and not horrible. Helpful staff. The building is secure and you need to be buzzed in and out by staff. I was struggling with my suitcases down the stairs and the staff noticed via the camera and came up to help. When checking out and walking out the door they also asked if I had a car ready and waited outside with me for my uber to arrive and carried my luggage to the car. They take care of safety. Particularly important for solo female travellers.

Excelente estancia

La atención y el servicio fue muy buena, hice check in temprano y me ofrecieron una habitación temporal mientras alistaban la definitiva. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El personal siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

I knew the hotel would be simple, but nothing prepared me for the absolute nightmare it turned out to be. The room was freezing when I arrived, which I tolerated because of the local climate. But by the very first night, the AC failed and the room became blisteringly hot, humid, and suffocating. I went to reception no fewer than ten times, and all they did was fiddle uselessly with the remote. Nothing changed. I barely slept for five miserable nights. Then Saturday morning around 7, and some guest decided to sit in the dining area—directly outside my window—and blast music at a volume that felt deranged. My partner and I complained, and the staff did absolutely nothing. He kept blasting music for at least two more hours. The hot water never worked. I asked repeatedly for help, and again, nothing. I had to shower in cold water twice a day, every day, with zero solution offered. And the final insult: although the room looked clean, I found hair of every imaginable color, length, and type scattered throughout the space. It was revolting—truly stomach‑turning. This place is absolutely, and I would NEVER return or recommend it to anyone. I travel often and rarely have I seen a worse hotel.

No tenían listo el hospedaje no sabían que nosotros íbamos no había parqueadero como lo decía en la oferta no nos alojamos allí porque además el apartamento no estaba bien aseado.

I thought it was a great place to stay. It's in a good location of the city, the staff were very friendly, and the price is certainly reasonable. Juan and Christian were awesome and I would stay here again.
