The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top.
It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away.
The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions.
Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

We had a really comfortable stay at Flower Pyramids Inn. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop terrace was really nice. The breakfast included a nice variety of traditional options. The room itself that we stayed in was spacious and clean. Highly recommend if you are staying in Giza!

The staff went above and beyond. I shared it was my moms bday and they decorated her room and got us a cake. Both Marina and Ahmed were so helpful. My dad got sick and the hotel provided us with medicine.
Ahmed also built an itinerary based on what we wanted to see and took care of transportation. The drivers and guide we got were also super friendly. My parents enjoyed it greatly.
