"For paying a hundreds of dollars for one night, they don’t even offer complimentary water or coffee in the room. Need to improve"

"Pet dogs sitting on same sofas as guests. They do leave behind ticks and hair which gives bites from ticks and allergic skin reactions which gives guests itchy feelings and hives swellings on arms and feet. Not pleasant experiencs when on holidays at the resort. Stony walkways to rooms is not comfortable for some guests. You need to employ more men to make luggage handling easier for workers at the resort."

"The resort is in a beautiful rainforest and ocean setting, with lovely clean and cool rooms, helpful staff and lots of fun activities to do each day- either organised/paid or free with gear available at the resort. Snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking and bike riding are all available almost any time (depending on the tides) at no extra cost. Breakfast is great. Other meal options are a bit ordinary/bland and quite expensive. The people working in the restaurants are really lovely and accommodating of dietary needs. Good bar service. Overall we loved our stay and found it very relaxing and fun."

"What an amazing place!!! From the moment we arrived we were treated extremely well by the staff. It was truly outstanding. We could not have dreamed of anything better. The nightly music was amazing. The spa services were top notch. The cook staff took very special care of my dietary needs (gluten and dairy allergy). The bure we stayed in was beyond description…absolutely stunning. It was exceptionally nice that it was such a small intimate resort. The care the staff provided was outstanding. We highly recommend this beautiful resort"
