"The room was terrible. I stayed here because the reviews were pretty solid. I didn't need anything fancy. But it looked like the room hadn't been mopped. The toilet handle was dangling off the toilet. The shower had hair in it. There was mold all around the shampoo bottles in the shower. The picture in the bathroom was caked in dust. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable and the ac worked great. I wouldn't stay here again "

"I love this place … but the free beverage that comes with the booking is water … I opened fridge and the boxed water was already opened an half full. It’s little details like this that can ruin the whole stay… drinking after someone else . Thank god it wasn’t laced with something. My friend thought I had drank out of it . "Booked a one bedroom, but was put in a studio. The reason we chose this hotel was the one bedroom king suite, so I am not happy that we were put in a smaller room. Asked for a manager and never heard from anyone. We visit Chattanooga frequently and will not be back to this hotel, as the customer service is non-existent. Not sure why they bother with the text to check in after arrival, if nothing comes of what you tell them. "

"The room was a nice size. Mostly clean. However, I don’t mind that the linens weren’t replenished in the 4 days I was there….but c’mon…..at least empty the trash. "

"Front desk associate was very nice. But, didn’t stay because as soon as parked the car we were approached by a guy asking for money assuring us it wasn’t for drugs…. Sketchy part of town. Did not feel it was a safe area."

"I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. "
