The fully stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a gas range, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a multi-course dinner, this kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials to make it easy.
The spacious kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, which comfortably seats eight, creating the perfect setting for meals, laughter, and connection. Nearby, a fully stocked laundry room awaits with a brand-new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning essentials for your convenience.
This home offers three king-sized bedrooms, each with plush bedding, closet space, and its own Smart TV. The first bathroom is beautifully remodeled with a walk-in shower and ample storage behind the door. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combo and offers both ensuite access and hallway entry.
For ease of access, the front entry offers both steps and a ramp (please note: ramp is not ADA-width). Outside, enjoy your private oasis with a patio dining area for six, a bench, and a propane grill perfect for outdoor meals.
The massive backyard is shaded by beautiful mature trees, fully enclosed with a privacy fence, and offers plenty of room for yard games and play—an ideal space to relax, entertain, or let the kids run free.

CANCELLATION: All polices will be followed as stated on each platform as noted during the booking process. In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any and all fees incurred by the host (including but not limited to the credit card processing fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE and a processing fee of $100 for the cancellation will be retained by the host. The remainder will be refunded to the guest within 10 business days.
- Please take your shoes off before entering as we have original 1944 wood floors.
- Events are on a case by case basis. They MAY be approved and if approved an additional fee of $150 will be charged along with an additional security deposit.
- No glitter or anything sticky is permitted in our house or on our walls. If we have to repair our sheetrock and repair a minimum $500 fine will be charged.
- The door handles in the home are original and very delicate. Please be very careful with them.
- Trash goes out on Thursday. Please place the can put on the street or we will coordinate with you.
- Be extra careful of the trees in the driveway. We have reflectors on each one. We are not responsible for any damage.
