The staff wa absolutely wonderful and had THE BEST restaurant recommendations. The bed was made so wonderfully tight that I first thought the sheets were missing. 😁 The only thing that could’ve been improved is the possibility of not having the room cleaned and the towels changed every day, that would help regarding eco-friendliness. I absolutely loved the house itself, very central and so super cosy and comfortable.

The hotel was perfect for me in every way. I stayed in a single room that had its own private bathroom, which was also very clean. The view from the room was beautiful, and it was very close to the city center. I walked everywhere. The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel is decent overall. The breakfast is average and could have more variety, the bed was comfortable. The main issue with the hotel is the soundproofing—it’s easy to hear conversations from the other rooms and noise from the street. Since I had to wake up early, it wasn’t a big problem for me.

Glad there is a lift. So convenient for lots of places, as a wheelchair user that is important, the cobbles are not good, so it is helpful to be so near the Grand Place, Metro, fantastic eating places, etc. Even though it's mid-October the room was warm, we had the window open all night - hence our advice to pack earplugs, as it is quite noisy at night and early morning flights. We thought it was good value for money, location superb, and would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and warm stay

We stayed for 2 nights and had a good stay. We had a bad start with check in. We arrived at 3pm and It took a while to get checked in and the original room wasn’t ready so they had to give us another room. The receptionist was accommodating and asked us if we wanted a room with a shower or Bath and if we wanted a room at the front or back. She upgraded us and we had a lovely warm comfortable room at the front of the hotel looking out on the street. The hotel was in an ideal location and it was always so warm. The bathroom was nicely decorated and always lovely hot water. It was quiet around the hotel and corridors and we had 2 great nights of sleep. We would definitely stay again
