We didn’t get the apartment we booked!

We didn’t get the apartment on the photo. It was to small for us 4. It had mold in the restroom and the sinks and showered were clogged. We had to wait to get our keys and the management company was unorganized.

Seeing Brussels in a Day

It was in a great situation. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. The lady in reception was very helpful. We found where to pick up the key quite easily. I slept in the main room and could hear people walking past during the night - my family who stayed in the bedroom heard nothing and had a very comfortable night. Thank you

Photos sur le site qui ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité de la chambre. Sur les photos du site la chambre était séparée du salon et en plus dans ma demande j'ai eu une chambre à même le salon. Ce qui ne correspondait pas du tout à mes besoin pour un séjour de 5 nuits.

Super lieu à 30 m de la Grand Place !!! Appartement tres pratique et propre Idéal pour quelques jours en famille pour visiter Bruxelles Forcément un peu bruyant car dans une ruelle très touristique mais pour la nuit avec les bouchons d'oreille fournis on dort parfaitement !!!

Vejret og beliggenheden reddede ferien!

Lejlighedens beliggenhed var helt perfekt - 15 meter fra Grand Plads. Billederne af lejligheden stemte på ingen måde over ens med virkeligheden!!!! Der var rent sengetøj og køkkenet var rent men gulvene var beskidte, er var ikke håndvask på toilettet (dør og håndtag var møg beskidte og der var snot på væggen!!), der var tomme vandflasker og pomfritter under sengen, Skydedøren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes, gardinerne kunne ikke trækkes for. For at få nøglen til lejligheden skulle vi betale 150 euro i depositum for en lejlighed, hvor en rude var slået i stykker og der manglede service og glas da vi ankom. I skrivende stund er jeg er meget spændt på om vi kommer til at betale for de "mangler". Heldigvis havde vi 23 graders varme (og hvem havde lige regnet med det i oktober) og høj solskin i fem dage.

great location in Brussels

The location for this apartment is great, The people in the office was really helpful BUT trying to fin the office to get the key to enter the app that was the problem. We find it after an hour walking around and asking business near by if they knew something about it. Besides that the rest was wonderful.

There was no information online about this place having an office in another address and that you have to go there before you go to the apartment. They did send an email the day of the check in, just when I was arriving at the apt and realized we can't check in there. We were lucky because there was another family staying there who told us about the office and walked us all the way there. Also, there's no elevator or escalator so it's a bit tough to get up and down from the rooms.
