「This apartment was in an awesome location with a spectacular view of the lake. The place was clean with a ton of storage space, but pretty sparsely appointed. We had some difficulty gaining access, as the wonderful italy management process required a contract and tourism tax be paid prior to arrival. 「Lovely location and good view from outside space. We had to phone twice in an hour to get the check in information after 3pm. The shower was blocked and very very mouldy on arrival. The blockage was fixed but remained very dirty. Their was a lack of facilities - main light not working in bedroom, bedroom and kitchen not in same apartment, no cover for duvet, only see through net curtains, only one dinner sized bowl/plate, very dirty sofa in kitchen space, stale smell throughout on arrival. 」

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」

"The staff was attentive and very quick to respond to my messages. My flight was delayed by 5 hours, and I ended up staying at the hotel for only about 3 hours. It was meant to be an overnight layover in Milan (original landing at 7:30 p.m. turned into past midnight), and with my connecting flight just 4–5 hours later, I even contemplated skipping the hotel altogether. Since it was too late for the free pick-up, I would have had to pay €35–40 for a taxi. Still, the staff (Celeste) stayed up late trying to reach me via WhatsApp and phone calls to confirm my arrival time. I truly felt he went above and beyond, especially considering this was a non-refundable booking (and he probably also needed to arrange the 4 a.m. airport drop-off). In the end, I did take a cab to the hotel, managed a couple of hours of rest, and I’m glad I did. Not to mention, they even left a breakfast-to-go in my room. Although my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for quiet accommodation and excellent customer service."
