Brushy Peak Resource Protection Area

An old hotel that they attempted to spruce up with paint and carpet but ignored structural issues. We were on the first floor of a four story building. There was a large crack in the exterior wall from the sliding glass door up to the ceiling with evidence of water intrusion—ON THE FIRST FLOOR!! It was the smallest’ king size bed ‘ I’ve ever seen. They fail to tell you there is a $45/ night parking charge in an unsecured lot, plus $4.50 tax on that parking. I don’t recommend this place.

Very disappointing experience. Communication was horrible and it was extremely difficult to get clear or timely responses. The property itself also looked run-down, and the room was not clean or well-maintained. Overall, the condition of the room did not match what I expected,
