「Upon check in the staff was weirdly unfriendly, needn’t greeted with a hello, he just uttered a “yes”. Check in was at 3pm, I called in advance to request an early check in of 11am and was told there will be a $15 fee which was fine, but the staff acted as though he never received that notice. The room was unpleasant - sheets and towels were stained, the bathroom had hairs and brown stains around the sink. It also smelled like stale cigarettes. 「Room was clean and the layout of the room was different from the usual but very comfortable. Parking and walking distance to entrance was short and sweet. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit.」

「Booked this hotel going of their breakfast photos. It was not as shown. There was no waffle maker and the apple juice had floaties. There was no fruit and only milk in the fridge. Have updated photos posted so others do not waste their time and money coming based on continental breakfast. Will not return. 」

「I enjoyed our stay. I was traveling alone with two kids for a last minute trip. Hotel felt safe. Room was clean and well appointed. All the staff we encountered was so kind. Everything we ended up needing was very close and convenient. The only reason I wouldn't book again is if we found another hotel with a better pool area and hot tub. 」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」

「The staff was helpful and responsive in check in and getting a shuttle from and to the airport in the freezing cold. Room is very clean and they really should advertise the heated floors in the room and the heated towel shelf in the bathroom. Beds are on the firm side, which i don't like, but overall this is a really nice hotel if you happen to be in Fargo. Looks like a cool city to explore if it wasn't negative degrees!」

「We utilized the party room and the pool for a kids party and then stayed the night. All the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. We have utilized the party room several times, this year the pool was the coldest it has been. My kids along with friends didnt swim long, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. 」
