Absolutely terrible experience. I had a confirmed reservation and paid for my stay, but on the day of check-in, I was told that there had been a “change in their reservations” and that I would no longer be able to stay.
The biggest issue is that they had already taken my money, canceled my stay at the last minute, and then refused to provide me with a refund. This left me having to deal with the situation and find another place to stay despite having already paid for a confirmed reservation.
I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but taking someone’s money, canceling their reservation on the day of arrival, and then refusing to refund them is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this property. The way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my trip.
