機能的な部屋
追加料金なしで、チェックイン可能時刻前にチェックインさせてもらい、助かりました。駐車場は地下にあり、駐車場階にトイレがあるのが便利。ロックダウン期間中の宿泊で、食堂から部屋に持ち帰って朝食を食べることができた。部屋は機能的で、設備は少なめだがアメニティは一式あり。

駐車場が地下にあり、安全なイメージがあり、チェック・アウトの後も夕方までの駐車を許可してくれた。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無かったので、飲み物等を冷やす事が出来なかったが、窓の下でカーテンで区切られた場所に置く事によって、翌朝適度な温度で使用できた。 地下のトイレは朝異臭が漂って不快だった。

Excellent location, right behind market square, without the noise. Rooms are completely redone with modern look and feel, small but good for 2 people. Location couldn't be any better. I wish they could manage the weather better.

The property is convenient. We got the family room, it was spacious and clean. I was disappointed the room didn't have a kettle and didn't offer water bottle. The hair dryer would turn off after 2-3mins of usage.

A superb location in the centre of Bruges. We booked this venue as a base to explore, and we weren't disappointed. A sensibly sized room, very clean, extremely tidy with a comfy warm bed and pristine bed linen. The bar was being renovated so it wasn't used but with so many eateries and bars close by, it would be foolish to use just the hotel. The best recommendation for Martins Hotel (Bruges) is that I would happily use it again.

The location of this property was excellent as it is in the centre of Bruges. The room was comfortable and clean but there were a few issues for a family staying there. We had booked a family quadruple room for us two adults and our two young children, but there was only one small shelf for our clothes and only 4 hangers in the hanging area, meaning we all had to live out of the suitcase. There was also no locks or limiters on the windows, which were on the 4th floor. There was also no chain on the hotel room door on the inside, so no way of preventing our 4 year old from opening the door. The bathroom was great, with a decent shower and bath tub and plenty of hanging for towels. The parking was also very convenient and a plus point. All in all we loved our stay, but felt there were a few small touches that could have been better. Also somewhere to stand the suitcase would be good.

Great stay at the hotel. Easily walkable to see all of Brugge city center. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Only issue we had was that the room was stuffy and had to open the window to air it out. Would likely stay here again.

After a delayed check-in due to the room not being available, we couldn't have been more pleased. The family room on the 4th floor was clean, quiet and had good views over the city. The hotel is located directly in the historic part of the city with good parking to boot. We couldn't have asked for more from this hotel, highly recommended.

Check your air conditioning for proper functionality before trying to go to sleep! Even though early Spring in Bruges is still cold, our room (on the smaller side) got hot quickly and we even had the front desk attendant come at 3 am and he could not get it to work. We didnt sleep much even with the windows open. There was one button on the unit itself that solved the problem for the second night. But, that small detail made for an unpleasant first night. Other than that, we had an excellnt stay. The location of Martin's Brugge is unbeatable. Eric and every other front desk attendant were very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient (albeit a bit expensive) Breakfast is excellent with many choices!

The hotel was comfortable. The staff excellent. Our toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The phone in our room wouldn’t work and the television wouldn’t turn on. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were moved to another room that had a foul smell.

Check in was not so good as expected, normally the rooms are ready before 3pm but the guy on the front desk told us no chance at once,we arrived 1pm so not so early either... Room was correct, no more than that, of course, the price is according with this also, but the location was very good, so if you don't pretend a luxury hotel, this is a good option based on price/quality.

Nice quiet hotel for a really great stay in Brugge. One of the biggest positives would have to be location: two minute walk to Central Town Square and most historic attractions within 5-10 minute walk. Took a look at the brunch offerings (20 euros) and looked amazing!

We loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were welcomed by the good scent (not overwhelming) very relaxing scent. It’s a few steps from the main square. A few steps from the Brugge canals also.

Séjour en famille de 3 nuits Emplacement impeccable, au cœur du Bruges historique, juste derrière le Beffroi Propreté nickel Chambre et sdb spacieuse avec literie au top Personnel, lors de notre arrivée, à la limite du détestable, jamais connu un accueil pareil… Garage lié à l’hôtel, juste un cauchemar, impossible à rejoindre dans le dédale, labyrinthe diabolique (sans issue !!!)des rues de Bruges, on a mis plus de 2h… GPS et autres applications totalement perdus, aucune aide de l’hôtel, encore moins des brugeois qui ont un art consommé et très efficace de vous donner la tres désagréable impression que vous les déranger (et je suis très TRÈS poli…) Comment peut on être si inhospitalier, si peu accueillant et juste à ce point incorrect ? Ça reste, pour moi, un mystère total…
