Room was clean and tidy, you could open the window and look out and see the top of the tower in the Markt and listen to the chimes every 1/4 hour (they shut down at 10 pm). Close to the centre of town but far enough away to be completely peaceful.
Would definitely stay here again.
What a gem this hotel is! Ideally located to the city center by walking, the use of space in the room was incredible - made a small space feel large and so comfortable. Highly recommend! The front door code access and room code access worked EXACTLY as the pre arrival email said it would!
Nice central location close to shops, restaurants, Alfodo on front desk was extremely helpful, giving out good advice as well free tea, coffee and water, keycode system saved carrying a key about with us. Nice hotel
The hotel feels like home while away in our vacation. Alfonso made sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Our room was spacious, bright and very clean. The area around is quiet yet very close to the center and tourist attractions. Recommended stay at Bruges.
My friend and I had a good time in Brugge a f the hotel was very accomadating. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had an odd smell but other than it was good.
Fr9nt desk was super nice and sweet. Always had a smile on his face.
Very convenient location. Was advertised on Expedia as including breakfast but they do not offer breakfast. Room was not cleaned completely - most likely an oversight.
The hotel location is good. Front desk is very friendly…but the room is disappointing Checked in at 3pm bed is not made..sheet was sloppy dripping on bed and comforter left in in cabinet…no air conditioner only a fan…if open window street can be very noisy..mosquitoes in the room at night difficult to sleep..one of the coffee mug in room is dirty..
Great place and great service. It is not mind blowing but it was anything you may want or need. In a fairly quiet place but close to everything. And the front desk clerk is also super knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!
This hotel is very centrally located and the man who works the front desk (I unfortunately forgot to ask his name but he was from Spain) is an amazing employee. He was attentive, communicative, and the hospitality was something I've yet to experience at a hotel. Hanging out at the hotel was something my fiance and I enjoyed too which is also rare for these smaller converted hotels.

The hotel has a convenient location for the centre square. Our tiny room had two single beds and a small stool.
There are no lifts and we had to carry heavy luggage up three flights of extremely steep stairs. Not a good hotel for anyone with mobility issues.
Our Host was excellent with a well description of Brugge &by far the best info had for years. I Highly Recommend this Hotel shame they do not do breakfast but they have a good list of eateries. Certainly 2-3 days here!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
This was a lovely hotel! Walking distance to the main square. Had everything we needed.
We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and had a lovely experience back then, which is the ONLY reason we made the mistake of rebooking. Big mistake. Whatever this place used to be, it has completely fallen apart.
The room they put us in was absolutely tiny — more like a storage cupboard than a hotel room. The stairs leading up to it were ridiculously small and narrow, genuinely unsafe, and totally unsuitable for anyone carrying luggage (or anyone with legs, really).
The staff were shockingly unhelpful. Every request was met with blank stares or attitude, and not a single person seemed remotely interested in delivering even the most basic level of service. The housekeeping was equally terrible — the room didn’t feel clean, didn’t smell fresh, and honestly felt like it hadn’t been properly looked after in years.
The whole hotel now feels tired, worn out, and neglected. Whatever charm it once had is long gone. For the price they charge, this place is an absolute joke. There are FAR better options in the area for the same money or less.
Our return visit was such a disappointment that we will never stay here again — and we strongly recommend that others avoid making the same mistake.

Disliked: Amenities
De aan mij toegewezen kamer was bij aankomst open en niet klaargemaakt voor nieuwe gast.
Tijdens verblijf ging 2x alarm af zonder reden.
