Knus hotel. Paar kleine puntjes. De meneer van het ontbijt was heel onrustig en liep driftig heen en weer. Dit was zeer storend. Mannelijke receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Hotel was erg gehorig, bovenburen hoorde je gewoon lopen en in de badkamer hoorde je de buren hoesten door de ventilatieroosters.

Hyggelig hotell - fin by!

Bodde der i 9 netter på et superior room. Sentral beliggenhet. Brukte Bruges som utgangspunkt for dagsturer til Brussel, Gent og Oostende. Brügge er en rolig og meget vakker by med mange kanaler. God frokostbuffet med bl.a. meget godt brød. Satte pris på at frokosten varte til 10:30. En av de 3 stolene på rommet viste seg å ha et knekt bein. Dette ble løst på bokstavelig talt 5 min slik at vi fikk en ny stol! Utmerket service! Minus: Hotellet kunne hatt døgnåpen resepsjon. Men det skapte ingen problemer for oss. Ellers er det noe lydt slik at man kan høre lyder fra andre rom uten at dette plaget oss. Vi trivdes meget godt på Hotel Jacobs.

There’s was good and bad. The good - The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. The location was great, a short walk to main area and felt safe. The bad - Our small budget room, I won’t bang on about the size, as that’s what’s it’s described as but yes, really very small. The walls - paper thin, could hear everything! The bathroom - covered in mould, really off putting. We only stayed one night and this was a base for us, so no point kicking up a fuss there and then. Maybe better rooms are exactly that! The

Inflexible service

We were not able to travel due to a covid emergency. The hotel was extremely inflexible and refused to allow us to rearrange our booking or allow us any leeway at a very distressing time. We are travelling in February, and will not be staying there. Not nice to know that if there is a problem they/Hotels.com will not be accommodating.

Perfect oasis to stay in Bruges

The place is perfect! Quiet area, yet only 10 min walk to the central attractions of the city. Super comfortable rooms with facilities and view. Great shower, most comfy beds and THE best breakfast we have ever had anywhere"!!!! When back to Bruges again - will not look for any other place to stay! Perfect!!
