Great service, location and value.

What a great location to base yourself while in Bruges. The staff were amazing and friendly. We were in room 5 which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever return to such a lovely and historic place.

We loved the location & the quaintness of this charming old hotel. It had air conditioning & a beautiful window that opened up over the red brick rooftops.The entire city is beautiful. We were on the top, 3rd floor & had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast was more than we needed to start the day but the dining area was wonderful to sit in.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad, lieve medewerkers en werden goed geholpen. Het hotel ligt super centraal midden in de stad, een echte aanrader. Het enige nadeel is dat het erg gehorig is in het pand.

L'albergo è situato nella zona storica della città a 5mn a piedi dal grande posteggio sotto il Concert Hall e a 10mn a piedi dalla piazza centrale. È molto caratteristico ed ha un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Purtroppo, il materasso troppo morbido e sopratutto inclinato mi ha fatto dormire malissimo. Consiglio di informarsi se ne hanno messo uno migliore, ero nella camera no. 3.

Das Hotel hat unglaublichen Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man braucht zu Fuß nur weniger Minuten ins Stadtzentrum oder auch zur Bahn. Das einzige (was aber Geschmack-Sache ist), wovon wir nicht so ein Fan sind, waren die sehr weichen Matratzen.

Nice hotel, shame about the smell

The hotel was in a good location and the room was adequate for our needs. I really liked the mix of old beams with the contemporary decoration. The one downside to our stay was the very strong smell of drains (it almost smelt like a gas leak) in the lobby and stairwell area, it wasn't as bad in the room but the smell was still there and even stuck to our clothes when we got home!

Un hôtel atipique et cosie, nous avons passé une nuit lors d'un week-end, nous avons été très bien accueilli, de plus il est très bien situé car il est à deux pas du centre, le seul petit gêne est l'insonorisation qui peut déplaire à certains.
