Great Location!

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom (2 king, 2 queen, 2 bath located on one of the best lake properties on Lake Brownwood. Enjoy the 367 feet of waterfront. Fishing off the boat dock is great. Build a fire in the waters edge fire pit and enjoy s’mores while overlooking the lake. Location, location, location!!! In walking distance to public boat ramp and less than a 5 minute boat or drive to the Wild Duck Marina. Enjoy playing golf? Well bring the clubs. A beautiful golf course is close as well. Need to run to town, no problem. Home is located on the same side of the lake as the town of Brownwood with less than a 10 minute drive. Come and enjoy our little piece of lake heaven.
