「The 2 river cabins are great. They were a little hard to find. The hosts Mark and Jan were great. The rooms were clean and the kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked. To get to the bathrooms you had to go through a bedroom which was a little inconvenient. The location on the river was wonderful. We were able to fish, swim and kayak. Nearby restaurants were convenient and Brooks lake was just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. 」

「The pictures uploaded are either very old, or doctored. Bed sheets had stains on them with black light. Cameras installed throughout the inside of the home. No running water when we arrived. We checked into a motel, and then owner tried to charge me $2000.00 for "water damage", when there was no running water and we never stayed.」

「We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town for our 2 children’s swim meet. This condo was exactly as described with plenty of room for my husband, I and the two kids. Very quick drive to Miami University and uptown Oxford. The host was extremely responsive in his communications and even went above and above with a situation that was not even required of him. I highly recommend this rental. I know we plan to stay here for future swim meets!」
