"I booked at this hotel to visit my best friend, I am coming from out of state( Michigan) so reading that the hotel has a hot tub sold me over the other hotels in the area. When we arrived late at night the staff at that time was really friendly and did a great job giving us information. We settled in for the night, and noticed that the cable to the tv that lets you watch tv was broken so we just went to bed. The next day, the thought of letting someone know didn’t cross our minds because we had a busy day ahead of us. So we didn’t get to watch tv the whole stay, we even brought our gaming system thinking we’d be able to watch something off there but it wouldn’t connect to the wifi. Later that night I wanted to use the hot tub that was listed and showed pictures in the description and was told that the owner decided to get rid of it in 2020 when covid hit. 6 years ago..Completely ruined my night, and made me thought about false advertising. Mind you I only booked the room for two days so it was my last night at the hotel. Other than those complications the hotel was wonderful, the staff was amazing and the hot water for the showers was really refreshing and I loved that( probably the best part of the hotel) "

"Has college students living in certain floors. Relatively safe walking at night because of the college students. The parking garage is too hot, almost got heat stroke trying to find my car. The room key didn’t work, we got lost and couldn’t use the room key to get access back into the building. The room didn’t have a microwave, water, or sink area to clean/rewash the cups before using. Couldn’t find ice machine. Room is clean and well stocked. Breakfast was alright."

"Room was nice with comfy beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen from a hotel. All staff that I personally encountered were great. My only complaint was that you could hear everything happening in the hallway and quite a bit from outside. I had a busybody neighbor unfortunately and their constant coming & going made sleep elusive as the door would slam behind them every time they went in & out. "

"Refrigerator compressor got very loud then broke, thermostat blue light would not dim, brown stains on one of the towels. Room could have been cleaner (hairs desktop not clean)."

"Stayed for two nights never got room cleaned or towels refreshed. Pool was cold, was supposed to have hot tub, but didn’t. Was supposed to have free WiFi, but didn’t unless you sign up for membership. Was supposed to have breakfast but didn’t. Unless you buy breakfast in the connected restaurant. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a while had stains in the side. Towels were stingy. Very loud!! Could hear everything around you, above you, in next door rooms and hallway. Was an annoying knocking sound when another room would flush toilet. Hard to sleep in, hard to sleep just till 7. Restaurant bartender Thursday and Friday night was a rip, and left her co worker strung out Saturday morning, as she didn’t restock and manager didn’t get in till late and things were locked up, so we had to wait for things we ordered longer that we should’ve. Then manager came in and changed channels we were watching and left 2 out of 4 tvs on blank screens. Beds were comfy, but over all wouldn’t bring my family back again. "
