「Went to check in. Staff asked for name then took key and took us to the room. Then left without any explanation or instructions. So poor communication when checking in. When checking in we stood at bar next to the radio which was very loud and I am deaf and couldn't hear or understand the staff. Staff rushed to the room before we got to bottom of the stairs. Stairs are very steep and wonky which is very dangerous but not good for people who are unsteady on their feet. Room: Big room and big...

「This was a lovely gem in our Scotland 500 trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, comfortable. The breakfast is a treat as well plenty for all. The staff was friendly and helpful」

They have a lovely restaurant there with fun and friendly staff. Also, be sure to tour the area - the Northern Highlands are stunningly beautiful. We had a great time.」

「Kim was fantastic and cheerful to chat to each morning. Location of guesthouse very good and close to golf club and platform 1864 restaurant. Nice coffee and continental breakfast. Had trouble getting out of bathroom wirh wet hands and circular door handle . I left towel outside like silly sod lol.」

「The Links Hotel is beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. We stayed in the newer building and when we walked into our room my first response was how much I loved the colors. Our room had a view of Royal Dornoch Golf Course. The bed was comfortable, the sitting area very nice and situated to the view. The huge bathroom was spacious and luxurious. We arrived to two little glass bottles of an Auld Fashioned with shortbread—yummy! There is an espresso machine and tea service outside the rooms...
