"The pool was out of order and we were not notified prior to booking. Upon contacting the owner via vrbo messaging, an automated message was sent and the issue wasn’t addressed by the property during our stay. There were other issues that weren’t addressed during our stay as well. "

"Haven at Rainbow Springs exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect - walking distance to my mom. The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of work areas for our remote workers. The Rec Room and patio/pool area were great for morning yoga and cooling off after runs. The hosts were super responsive. We will absolutely rent again if the whole crew (including our dog) visits again for Thanksgiving."
